1. Do I need internet to use this app? ➕
Mostly no! You can study, read modules, and battle offline AI bots deep in the forest without any signal. You only need the internet for Live Group Battles, the Chat Hub, and updating the Global Leaderboards.
2. What is the difference between Free and VIP? ➕
The Free Tier gives you a taste of the app with limited questions. The VIP Pro tier unlocks the full database of 300+ questions, ensuring you are fully prepared for the board exam.
3. How do I get a VIP License Key? ➕
To purchase a VIP key, contact the administrator via our Facebook page (Nature Bytes) or support email (mind.bytes01@gmail.com). Once purchased, click the yellow "Upgrade to VIP" banner on the home screen and enter your key.
4. Can I share my VIP Key with a friend? ➕
No. Your license key binds securely to the specific phone or computer you activate it on. If you try to use it on a different device, it will be rejected. If you buy a new phone, contact support to transfer your key.
5. How do Daily and Weekly Challenges work? ➕
These are strict, endurance-style tests. You get 15 questions daily or 30 questions weekly. You only get ONE attempt. If you quit early, you score a zero. Ranks reset at midnight (Daily) and on Mondays (Weekly).
6. How do I play with my friends? ➕
Go to the Battle Arena and select "Group Battle (Live)". One person clicks "Create Room" and shares the 4-digit code. Everyone else clicks "Join Room" and enters the code. (Internet required).
7. Why does my XP sometimes say "Syncing"? ➕
If you play offline, the app safely stores your earned XP on your phone. The moment you connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data, the app automatically syncs your points to the global server so you get credit!
8. How do I change my name or school? ➕
Tap the "Study" tab, then click your Profile block at the top of the screen (or the avatar icon). Click "Edit Profile" to change your username, school, and avatar emoji.
9. How do I change the app's colors? ➕
Go to your Edit Profile screen. You will see an "App Theme" section where you can choose between Midnight Canopy, Field Notebook (Light Mode), Dipterocarp Hardwood, Fresh Watershed, Fire Hazard, Kwek Cards, and Facebook Light.
10. The app is glitching. How do I fix it? ➕
Because this is an offline app, your phone might get stuck on an old version. To fix this on Chrome, click the three dots (⋮) > 'i' icon (Site Information) > 'Delete site data', then refresh the page.
